Article 1: Booking and Appointment Policy
1.1 Booking Methods:
- Online booking via https://newlife-center.com
- Phone booking using the numbers listed on the website.
- In-person booking at the center during official working hours.
1.2 Booking Confirmation:
- An appointment is considered confirmed once the client receives:
- A text message (SMS) or email containing appointment details.
- A booking reference number (if applicable).
1.3 Late Policy:
- If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the center reserves the right to cancel the session or reduce its duration while still charging the full amount.
Article 2: Payment and Refund Policy
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods:
- Cash in the local currency.
- Bank transfer to the official center account (a payment receipt is required).
- Electronic cards (Visa/Mastercard) via the POS (Point of Sale) devices available at the center.
2.2 Prepayment:
- Some services (such as intensive therapy programs) require 50% prepayment as a condition to secure the appointment.
2.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellation more than 48 hours before the appointment: 100% refund.
- Cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment: 50% refund.
- No-show without notice: No refund, and the client must pay the full amount to rebook.
Note: Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Article 3: Complaints Policy
3.1 Submitting a Complaint:
- Complaints should be submitted in writing via:

Review and Response Procedure:
- A response will be provided within 72 hours of receiving the complaint.
- If the complaint is found to be valid, appropriate compensation will be offered (e.g., a free session or a discount on future services).

- The center is committed to protecting patient data in accordance with the applicable law (e.g., Personal Data Protection Law in Egypt).
- No medical information will be disclosed without the patient’s written consent, unless required by law.
Article 5: General Provisions
- Using the center’s services constitutes acceptance of these policies.
- The center reserves the right to amend these policies, with notice provided to clients via official communication channels.
