Article 1: Booking and Appointment Policy

1.1 Booking Methods:

  • Phone booking using the numbers listed on the website.
  • In-person booking at the center during official working hours.

1.2 Booking Confirmation:

  • An appointment is considered confirmed once the client receives:
    • A text message (SMS) or email containing appointment details.
    • A booking reference number (if applicable).

1.3 Late Policy:

  • If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the center reserves the right to cancel the session or reduce its duration while still charging the full amount.

Article 2: Payment and Refund Policy

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Cash in the local currency.
  • Bank transfer to the official center account (a payment receipt is required).
  • Electronic cards (Visa/Mastercard) via the POS (Point of Sale) devices available at the center.

2.2 Prepayment:

  • Some services (such as intensive therapy programs) require 50% prepayment as a condition to secure the appointment.

2.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before the appointment: 100% refund.
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment: 50% refund.
  • No-show without notice: No refund, and the client must pay the full amount to rebook.

Note: Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3.1 Submitting a Complaint:
