I am angry and constantly stressed, and I don’t know how to get rid of these pressures
We face a lot of stress in our lives —
stress from home and work, financial pressures, children’s noise, health problems…
I feel like a bomb that could explode at any moment, and I don’t know how to get rid of this stress.
First of all, we must understand that stress never fully disappears, and we can’t completely get rid of it. But we can reduce it and manage it better so it affects us less.
First: Learn to release your worries little by little. Bottling up leads to explosion.
If you had a situation with a colleague at work, instead of misunderstanding and building on that, ask: “What did you really mean?”
Many problems happen because of our wrong perception of situations. When the person clarifies, we often realize the problem was in our misunderstanding.
This reduces a source of stress.
Second: Use rational thinking instead of emotional reactions.
Don’t make decisions when you are emotional. Give yourself time to calm down, then think about different solutions — not just one.
Third: Use techniques to relieve stress.
I’m angry — instead of shouting, banging, or breaking things,
try calming methods like:
- Relaxing breathing exercises — very effective
- Doing a different activity — if I’m angry, I talk to a friend about something pleasant
- Watching a funny video or listening to a song that lifts my mood
- Going for a walk or exercising
- Taking a warm or cold shower
- Playing boxing
- Writing down the stressful situation and then letting it go
This way, I relieve stress and reduce its negative impact on me.
